Welcome to TeamP-Top. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
  1. Custom‑Made Handmade Shoes

    All our shoes are handmade custom‑personalized items created according to your submitted specifications (size, text, fonts, colors and design placements).

    Once production has started, custom orders are NON‑RETURNABLE and NON‑REFUNDABLE. We cannot accept returns due to change‑of‑mind, buyer’s remorse, personal color preference, or event‑related deadline delays.
Before shipment, we will send finished‑product photos for your final approval. We will only ship your order after we receive your confirmation. Please double‑check all custom details when reviewing preview photos. Notify us immediately if any adjustments are needed at this preview stage. No modifications can be made once you approve the preview.
  1. Production & Shipping

    Handmade production requires 2‑5 business days. Shipping transit time is 5‑12 business days.

    Shipping delivery is managed entirely by the carrier. Delivery timelines are out of our control. Please refer to carrier tracking updates for real‑time delivery status. We appreciate your patience.
  2. Order Cancellation

    Orders may be cancelled only BEFORE production commences. Once we begin crafting your custom shoes, cancellation is no longer available.
  3. Defective & Damaged Goods

    We stand behind our workmanship. If you receive items with manufacturing defects or shipping‑caused damage, please contact us with clear photos within 7 days after delivery. We will evaluate your case and offer repair or replacement solutions. This policy does NOT apply for fit issues or personal preference for custom‑printed designs.
  4. Customer Responsibilities

    Please verify shoe size, spelling of names, dates and all custom instructions before submitting your order. You are fully responsible for all information you provide during checkout.
  5. Intellectual Property

    All design artwork created for your custom order remains the property of TeamP-Top. You may not reproduce, resell or copy our original handmade designs.
  6. Limitation of Liability

    We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including missed wedding or event deadlines caused by carrier delays. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your order.
  7. Policy Updates

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect once published on our site.
