Thank you for shopping at Teamp-top.com. Production Time All of our shoes are handmade custom‑made items. Please allow 2‑5 business days for handcrafting after your order is confirmed and all custom details are finalized.

 Transit & Delivery Time Once your order is shipped out, shipping transit normally takes 5‑12 business days to arrive.

Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed. Shipping speed is fully controlled by the shipping carrier and is out of our hands. Delays may happen due to weather, holidays, customs clearance or carrier‑related issues.

Tracking Information Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please use the carrier’s tracking page for the most up‑to‑date delivery status. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Shipping Address Please double‑check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped. If you provide an incorrect address and the package gets lost or returned, you will be responsible for additional reshipping fees.

Customs & Import Duties For international orders, import taxes, customs duties or brokerage fees may apply. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in your order payment. Please check your local import rules before purchasing.

 Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please first check with your local post office, neighbors or building management. We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We will assist you to file an investigation with the carrier upon your request.
