Refund Policy

All handmade custom‑made shoes are non‑returnable and non‑refundable once production starts.

We send finished preview photos for your confirmation prior to shipping. No refunds will be issued after you approve the preview.
Only manufacturing defects or shipping‑damaged items will be considered for remedy. You must provide clear photos within 7 calendar days upon delivery.

Cancellations are permitted only before production begins.
