All products sold on Teamp- top are handmade custom items with unique craftsmanship. Minor handmade imperfections, slight color variations, and tiny texture differences are normal and do not qualify as defects.

All custom designs, text, colors, and sizing information are finalized based on the customer’s confirmation preview before shipment. We are not responsible for unsatisfactory results caused by customer-submitted incorrect information, personal preference differences, or subjective opinions.

Product images displayed on our website are for reference only. Due to different lighting, screen resolutions, and handmade production characteristics, slight visual differences may exist between the photo display and the finished product.

Teamp- top reserves all rights to its original handmade designs, artwork, and production styles. Any unauthorized copying, imitation, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from order delays, shipping issues, or product usage, including but not limited to event missed losses or personal inconvenience.

This store reserves the right to update policies, adjust production details, and refuse abusive or unreasonable custom orders at our sole discretion.
